Cyber Tanod
Alam mo na ang warning signs. Kaya mo bang makita ang scam?
Cyber Tanod is Safe Tayo?’s free practice game. You play the barangay’s cyber tanod and practise recognizing suspicious messages, links, login pages and other digital risks, in interactive fictional scenarios.
How it works
- Each chapter shows you evidence: a text, a link, a login page, a chat.
- Look closely, then answer one question about it. Wrong answers cost nothing; hints are there if you need them.
- After you solve it, a short Aral explains what to remember and what to do next time.
It works on any phone, with no sign-up and no ads. Your progress is saved in your own browser.
Play Cyber TanodWho it’s for
Anyone with a phone: students, parents, seniors and their families, and teams at work. Teachers and speakers can run it as a live game on a projector while everyone plays on their own phone.
All brands, people and websites in the game are made up, for learning only. Practising helps you notice warning signs, but no game can promise you’ll never be scammed.
Scam investigation
Follow one scam ring across four places, from Easy to Expert. Each case is a story you solve chapter by chapter.
Cyber Literacy Path
Six short levels, from Trainee to fully literate, one skill at a time. Already know a level? Take its check and skip ahead.
Talks
Talks for the people you care about
Topics are adapted to what your audience actually meets online, with practical, relatable examples instead of jargon.
Schools and educators
Links, OTPs, fake prizes, deepfakes, and the job and load scams aimed at young people.
Barangays and communities
E-wallet scams, SIM swaps, fake ayuda, faked voices of family, and what to do after being scammed.
Workplaces and organizations
Lookalike emails, invoice and payroll scams, data leaks, reused passwords and safe habits at work.
Each talk can open with a short, anonymous quiz on phones and end with a matched one, so organizers can see what people took away.
Inquire About a TalkAbout
Hi, I’m Louise.
I work in cybersecurity and IT risk. I started Safe Tayo? because I believe digital safety education should be understandable and accessible to ordinary Filipinos, not only to people who work in tech.
Through Safe Tayo?, I make short explainers, give talks, and built Cyber Tanod so people can keep practising long after a post or a talk ends.
Before you reach out
- Safe Tayo? is an independent digital-safety education advocacy. It is not a government office, a bank or an e-wallet, and not an emergency or incident-response service.
- If you’ve been scammed, contact your bank or e-wallet through its official app or hotline right away, and report to the CICC hotline 1326 (free, 24/7) or the police.
- Never send anyone, including Safe Tayo?, your passwords, OTPs, MPIN or other account details.
- Safe Tayo?’s content is general guidance. It doesn’t replace help from your service provider or the authorities.
- Cyber Tanod saves your progress in your own browser. It has no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies. Answers you type are checked on the server and not kept. Live games keep only nicknames and scores, deleted after 6 hours without activity; talk quizzes are anonymous and deleted after 90 days. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard technical logs.
